Laying the Ground Work for a Strong Web Presence

Recorded on September 9, 2010

This is the second session in the four-part JBoss Web Presentation & User Interface Webinar Series.

What's the easiest way to make a wall stronger? Hint - it's not better bricks. It's better mortar. The same is true with web applications. By strengthening your architecture and using the right framework you eliminate the complexity of application integration, making your web applications faster, better, and stronger. JBoss developers have understood this for years and now the rest of the JEE world is picking up on it too!

In this webinar we will discuss how leveraging an application framework makes it easy to create rich web applications. Discussion points will include:

  • best practices for development
  • real world examples of rich web applications
  • how concepts in the JBoss Seam Framework have influenced JEE 6 features
  • what's next in the JBoss Seam roadmap
