End-user expectations for responsive application performance have never been higher. Many organizations are failing to properly plan for and address application performance as a critical aspect of system design, and are paying the price in production. IT operation teams cannot rely solely on traditional system metrics - CPU, Memory, Disk, Network - as a substitute or proxy for understanding the health and performance of their business and applications. They need to monitor and alert on application performance, isolate the systems and transactions involved, and support a collaborative diagnostic process between operations and development. This webinar will focus on how customers can utilize JBoss Operations Network 3.0 and OC Systems RTI 3.3 to monitor and alert on application performance, leverage deep-dive transaction monitoring and performance diagnostics to pro-actively manage performance across the life cycle; which bridges the gap between operations and development.
